Mehad doesn’t give you a list to pick from on your own — matching is the heart of the service. But the final decision is yours: you see the suggested tutor’s profile before booking, you can ask for an alternative, and if they aren’t a fit after the first lesson, we change the tutor.
Inside the platform through the payment gateway, with methods such as mada and Apple Pay, plus instalments via Tabby and Tamara. There are no direct payments to the tutor, and you receive an invoice for every transaction.

Yes. There is a single lesson and packages from 4 to 20 lessons, and a package’s lessons are scheduled with the same tutor weekly or on specific dates.

Yes. The tutor’s report appears in the lesson details in your account, covering what was covered, notes on the student’s level, and the next step.
